- 4 slices smoked pork (salmon roast or neck)
- 1 small Head savoy cabbage
- 1 package potato (s) (frozen rösti)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- Cheese, grated
- broth

- Let the hash browns thaw. Clean, wash, roughly cut the savoy cabbage and let it simmer in the broth. Be careful that the cabbage doesn`t get too soft, which is quick with savoy cabbage.
- Drain and drain.
- Place Kassel slices in a baking dish. Cover with the well-drained savoy cabbage. Crumble the defrosted hash browns and sprinkle over the savoy cabbage.
