Heat the margarine in a pan. Fry the pork chops vigorously on both sides. Take the pan off the hob, cover the cutlets with the pineapple slices (1 or 2 depending on size), place two slices on each, grind the whole thing with black pepper, pour in at least 1/4 l white wine, with a lid !!! Let simmer for another 5-7 minutes over medium heat, until the cheese melts. Take the chops out of the pan, keep them warm for a moment, bring the sauce to the boil and briefly reduce together with the creme fraiche. Will then be nice and creamy. Due to the aroma of the Kassler, pineapple and wine, the sauce has a really great taste. I always take more wine because the sauce is never enough. Good Appetite!
