Ingredients

  • 1 kg Kasseler
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 125 ml broth
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 teaspoon currants
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, hot
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, sweet
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat with the onion, pour the stock over it and stew for 45 minutes. Grate the carrot, add with the wine and currants.
  2. Let everything stew for 10 minutes, then mix the chopped parsley with the mustard and creme fraiche and season the sauce with it.
