Ingredients
- 1 kg Kasseler
- 1 onion (s)
- 125 ml broth
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 teaspoon currants
- 60 ml white wine
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard, hot
- 1 tablespoon mustard, sweet
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream

- Sear the meat with the onion, pour the stock over it and stew for 45 minutes. Grate the carrot, add with the wine and currants.
- Let everything stew for 10 minutes, then mix the chopped parsley with the mustard and creme fraiche and season the sauce with it.
