Ingredients
- 1 bottle vodka, liter
- 1 large melon (s), approx. 5 kg
- 2 bottles Ginger Ale from Schweppes, 1.5 liters each
- 2 kg vanilla ice cream

- Cut the melon into bite-sized pieces, remove the core and let it steep in the vodka overnight. Just before serving, add the two bottles of ginger ale and half the packet of ice. Stir gently and serve. Add the rest of the ice cream later in the evening.
