Kebab from Chicken Breast, Mushrooms and Vegetables

Delicate, juicy, fragrant and very beautiful shashlik made from the chicken fillet, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast fillet – 300 g
  • Fresh champignons – 200 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Marinade for chicken:
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinade for mushrooms:
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Ground red hot pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste.

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add ground paprika, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Mix.
  2. Put the mushrooms in a deep bowl. Add mayonnaise, chopped garlic, spices and salt to taste. Mix.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into slices.
  4. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Prepared food, alternating, put on skewers.
  6. Cook chicken skewers on the grill, over medium heat, 15-20 minutes.
  7. Transfer ready-made chicken fillet kebabs with vegetables and mushrooms to a dish. Serve hot.
