Kebab in a Frying Pan

How to cook a barbecue without a barbecue and an electric barbecue grill? Simply! In a frying pan!

Ingredients

  • Meat (pork) – 1 kg
  • Onions – 2-3 pcs.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cognac – 50 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 70 ml

Directions

  1. Wash the pork and cut into pieces. Not very large, but not too small, about 5 cm.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  3. Cut the lemon into slices.
  4. Pepper the meat.
  5. Add salt to taste, pour in the brandy.
  6. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate under a press for at least 3 hours.
  7. Remove meat from the refrigerator.
  8. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil.
  9. String the meat on wood sticks soaked in water and place in a frying pan.
  10. Add butter on top of the meat.
  11. Fry the kebab in a pan on all sides until golden brown.
  12. Top with onion and lemon, in which the meat was marinated, and pour in the marinade from the bowl, reduce the heat and bring the kebab in a frying pan until cooked and golden brown, stirring occasionally, for about half an hour.
  13. Pork shashlik in a pan is ready.
