Kebabs of Three Types of Fish

As for any kebab, the marinade is just as important for fish – according to this recipe, fish pieces are marinated with garlic, cilantro, ginger and lime.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Three types of sea fish (anglerfish, salmon, tuna) – 450 g (150 g each)
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Cilantro – 1 bunch
  • Ginger – 1 piece (about 5 cm)
  • Olive oil – a small amount
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. If using wooden skewers, fill them with cold water for 30 minutes. Cut fish fillets and tuna steaks into chunks. Chop the ginger and cilantro finely.
  2. Mix all ingredients well. Place in refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill or barbecue. Make kebabs – string three pieces of fish on each skewer. Roast at high heat for 3 minutes on each side, turning once.
