Kefir Cocktail

If you follow your graceful and slender figure, then this cocktail of kefir and apricots is just for you.

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 500 grams
  • Apricots – 3-5 pcs.
  • Any greens (cilantro served me today) – to taste
  • Ice cube (optional)

Directions

  1. Take a blender and pour kefir into it. The blender can be used as both stationary and submersible. Wash the apricots, wipe dry with a towel, divide in two, and remove the seeds.
  2. Place the apricots in the kefir bowl. Cutting the apricots is not necessary, as the blender will handle them and detail them well. If your blender is not strong enough, you can help it and cut the apricots into smaller pieces.
  3. Wash the greens, dry them also dry and put them in a blender.
  4. Place the lid on the blender and place it on the block. Turn on the maximum power and beat the cocktail until airy foam forms and chopped apricot with herbs.
  5. You should have a smooth consistency and no pieces of fruit remain. When the cocktail is ready, pour it into glasses.
  6. After you have prepared a cocktail, it is better to start drinking it right away. Since this drink is drunk freshly prepared.
