Gradually add the sifted flour and beat with a mixer.
It turned out to be a thin dough – just right. If desired, you can add raisins to the dough.

The dough was enough for 12 molds and there were still three molds left. We bake muffins on kefir in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
