  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Gelatin – 15 g
  • Boiling water – 50 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Oreo cookies – 2-4 pcs.
  • Berries – for decoration
  • Mint – for decoration

  1. Pour 50 ml of boiling water over gelatin, stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell. Then stir again thoroughly to completely dissolve in water.

  2. Pour kefir into a deep container, add sugar, add sour cream. Beat everything with a whisk or mixer.
  3. Pour gelatin dissolved in water into the mixture and beat again. Since sour cream and kefir are cold, then cook the dish at a faster pace, otherwise, the gelatin will begin to “set”.
  4. Pour the kefir mass into glasses or bowls and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  5. After that, remove the frozen jelly and garnish it with Oreo cookies, lightly crumbling it on the surface of the dessert. Place berries and mint leaves on top.
  6. Serve kefir jelly to the table. Children should be given such a dish with care, as it is cold and can chill the throat!
