  • Bacon – 100 g
  • Kefir 2.5% – 120 ml
  • Quail eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp + for greasing the molds
  • Flour – 150 g (1 glass with a capacity of 250 ml)
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Prepare food. The ingredients are sized for six muffins. Kefir and chicken eggs should be at room temperature – you need to get them out of the refrigerator in advance.
  2. Cut the bacon into small strips.
  3. Heat a frying pan and add bacon to it. Fry the bacon for a few minutes. You can immediately turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees.
  4. Combine chicken egg and kefir in a bowl.

  5. Pour in baking soda and a little flour. Knead the dough with a spoon or mixer.
  6. Add all the flour to the dough.
  7. Add bacon, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to the dough.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Boil quail eggs in hard boiling water (3-7 minutes). Cool eggs in cold water and peel.

  10. Prepare a muffin dish, put paper molds in cells and grease them with oil. Put one boiled quail egg in each mold.
  11. Put a tablespoon of dough in each mold.
  12. Bake snack muffins for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  13. Appetizing and very tasty muffins with bacon and quail eggs are ready, put them on a plate and serve.
