Ingredients

  • 2 potato (s), boiled
  • 0.5 liter ½ vinegar - water
  • liter ⅛ oil, (seed oil)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put the boiled potatoes in a tall, narrow mixing pot and add half of the vinegar water. Beat well with the blender, slowly stir in the rest of the vinegar water. Now slowly mix in small amounts of the seed oil. Season to taste with salt. It should taste very mild.
  2. Goes very well with leaf salads. Please don`t salt too much
