Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, stir together the eggs, sugar, lime juice and zest, vanilla sugar, sour cream and butter. Add to the dry ingredients and stir well.
  2. Fill into muffin molds (I made 14 pieces) and bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C top / bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Brush with lemon glaze if desired.
