Instructions

  1. Clean the lamb`s lettuce and rinse briefly. Clean the fresh mushrooms and then cut them into fine slices. Halve the cocktail tomatoes, quarter them and remove the stem. Divide the salad in bowls and garnish with the mushrooms and tomatoes.
  2. Prepare a dressing from the other ingredients, season to taste and spread over the salad. Depending on your taste, add freshly weighed herbs to the dressing or sprinkle over the salad.
  3. My favorite vinegar is my homemade elderflower vinegar based on the herb jule recipe, which I can really recommend. I like to use two different types of oil, as only olive oil is too intense for me.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
