Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat dough by mixing all the ingredients and processing them into a smooth and non-crumbly mass. Depending on your taste, other spices can also be used (coriander, turmeric, lamb spice, etc.).
  2. Shape the mixture into croquette-sized or round meatballs and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Baked potatoes, herbal quark, baguette or flat bread taste great as a side dish.
