Khachapuri in Georgian (Traditional)

Khachapuri. Traditional Georgian dish consisting of puff pastry and cheese.

Cook: 30 mins

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Hard cheese – 300 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Puff pastry – 1 pack

Directions

  1. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Divide the puff pastry into even squares and roll out. Put cheese and butter in the middle of the square.
  3. Wrap khachapuri (in any form).
  4. Bake khachapuri with cheese at a temperature of 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
