Khachapuri with Milk

- Prepare products according to the recipe for khachapuri in milk.
- Combine milk, egg and softened butter. Add salt and baking soda.
- Sift and add flour.
- Stir.
- Knead hard dough.
- Divide in two.
- Prepare the filling. Place cottage cheese and butter in a bowl. Beat in an egg.

- Roll out the dough.

- Pinch.Roll to size pan.
