Khachapuri with Milk

Just bake khachapuri for lunch. This is definitely delicious.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Flour – 3 cups
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Soft butter (or margarine) – 50 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Soda – on the tip of a knife
    *
  • Filling:
  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Soft butter – 2 tbsp
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare products according to the recipe for khachapuri in milk.
  2. Combine milk, egg and softened butter. Add salt and baking soda.
  3. Sift and add flour.
  4. Stir.
  5. Knead hard dough.
  6. Divide in two.
  7. Prepare the filling. Place cottage cheese and butter in a bowl. Beat in an egg.
  8. Season with salt and stir. The filling for khachapuri with milk is ready.
  9. Roll out the dough.
  10. Add the filling.
  11. Pinch.Roll to size pan.
  12. Preheat the pan (you can sprinkle with flour instead of greasing). Place the khachapuri, seam side down, in a preheated skillet.
  13. Cover with a lid. Bake khachapuri in a frying pan until browning over medium heat (3-4 minutes).
  14. When one side is baked, turn the khachapuri over and bake, uncovered, until tender (3-4 minutes).
  15. Khachapuri with milk are ready! Serve hot.
