Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, (more if required)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, (more if required, or vanilla sugar)
  • 1 glass morello cherries
  • 250 g biscuit (s), speculoos, stollen or similar crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Stir the quark until smooth (use some milk if necessary, be careful not to make it too thin, otherwise you have to help with gelatine) and divide into 2 halves.
  2. Drain the cherries and collect the juice.
  3. Color one half of the quark with juice and only then season with cinnamon and honey. Season the other half with cinnamon and honey.
  4. Mix the biscuit crumbs (or make fresh crumbs).
  5. First fill the dessert bowls with cherries, then layer the various quark on top, with breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Finish with the white quark and sprinkle with cocoa powder and a few last crumbs and refrigerate until serving.
