Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans, 40 g each
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Cumin powder

Instructions

  1. Drain the kidney beans in a colander. Quarter the onions and cut into rings and dice the tomatoes and feta. Finely chop the parsley and crush the garlic with the garlic press. Mix the ingredients together and stir in the ajvar, balsamic vinegar and spices.
