Ingredients

  • 1 bag french fries or sweet potatoes or vegetables
  • 1 piece (s) parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 125 g butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fries in the oven on the tray according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and garlic (it doesn`t have to be the whole bulb). Approx. 10 minutes before the end of the preparation time, take the tray out of the oven and rub generously over the fries with a grater, mix a little and then continue to bake the fries.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, roast the garlic and add half of the parsley just before the end.
  4. Put the fries in a large bowl, pour the melted garlic butter over it and stir well. Garnish with the rest of the parsley and serve immediately.
  5. The recipe can be prepared with potato fries, sweet potatoes or vegetables, and goes well with grilled meat. Wedges can also be used, then extend the preparation time a little, otherwise they will be a bit mushy.
