Ingredients

  • 600 g kin prawns
  • 2 onions)
  • 5 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt
  • 200 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes. Squeeze the lemon while collecting the juice. Lightly salt the king prawns.
  2. Let the olive oil get hot in a pan and first let the onions become translucent. Then add the garlic and sauté briefly. Put the king prawns in the pan and fry for 5 minutes, turning. Then add the white wine and lemon juice and toss everything briefly until the king prawns are cooked pink.
  3. Serve with the stock and serve with bread that can be used to top up the stock.
