Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Kiwi – 1 pc.
  • Spinach – 1 bunch
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Apple juice – 250 ml
  • Lemon – 1/2 pc.

Directions

  1. Chop kiwi fruit in any way. Peel the apple, core, and chop.
  2. Place the kiwi and apple in the blender bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice immediately so that the apple does not darken. Rinse the spinach under running water and chop. Add spinach to the chopped fruit and pour over the apple juice. Beat at maximum speed for about 5-7 minutes.
