Kiwi, Avocado and Yogurt Smoothie

by Editorial Staff

Green smoothie made from natural yogurt with kiwi and avocado is a healthy drink with an extraordinary taste for a healthy diet. Why it is a real source of energy and vitamins! The neutral taste of yogurt, the sourness of kiwi, and the nutty-buttery hint of avocado combine to work wonders. If you don’t know what is included in the smoothie, it is almost impossible to guess the first time. Try it!

Kiwi, Avocado and Yogurt Smoothie

Kiwi, Avocado and Yogurt Smoothie Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then twist the halves apart and detach. For one serving of smoothies, we need one half of an avocado. Remove the bone. Separate the flesh from the rind with a teaspoon – if the avocado is ripe, it will not be difficult to do this!

  2. Kiwi (I have 2 small ones if the kiwi is large – take one fruit), peel and cut into small pieces. Transfer the kiwi and avocado pulp to a blender bowl.
  3. Pour in natural yogurt, which can be replaced with kefir. Whisk the combined ingredients into a homogeneous mixture. Pour the finished green smoothie into a glass.

  4. Kiwi, avocado, and yogurt smoothies are ready, you can enjoy them!

Bon, Appetit and always be healthy!
