- 6 kiwi (s)

- For the dough, mix the flour with the baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the butter, the egg and 3 tablespoons of milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Lay out the dough in a large round springform pan.
- Peel and slice the kiwi fruit and place on top of the batter. Now the cake is baked for 10 minutes.
