Ingredients

  • 500 g kiwi (s)
  • 200 g rapes, reen
  • 150 ml syrup, (woodruff syrup)
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest
  • 2 tablespoon pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Sauce, (vanilla sauce)

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi, cut in half lengthways and cut into pieces. Wash grapes and cut in half. Cover and cook the apple juice, woodruff syrup, 150 g kiwi pieces and lemon zest for 1 minute. Then puree briefly.
  2. Mix the vanilla pudding powder and lemon juice until smooth (add a little more water if necessary), add to the liquid and bring to the boil again. Mix in the remaining pieces of kiwi and let cool.
  3. Serve with the vanilla sauce.
