Ingredients

  • 300 g kiwi (s), peeled (approx. 6 pieces)
  • 700 g melon (s), peeled reen net
  • 1 kg preserving sugar
  • 3 cl brandy
  • 3 cl Grand Marnier
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 drops food coloring, green

Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces and stir in a tall enamel pot with the preserving sugar. Heat and let simmer for four minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in both spirits, lemon and food coloring and immediately pour into jam jars.
  3. Seal with canning skin and rubber rings.
