  • 175 g yourt, (skimmed milk yourt)
  • 1 tablespoon oat flakes, soluble (melted flakes)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • possibly ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly dice the kiwi and mix with the other ingredients. Enjoy immediately. An ice cube comes in with it in summer.
