Ingredients

  • 200 g cottae cheese
  • 3 spring onion (s), sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. First add the sliced spring onions and the crème fraîche to the cottage cheese. Then add all the spices and lemon juice. Mix everything well and let it steep for a moment.
  2. Fits very well as a spread, dip or as an independent snack.
