Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, mix oatmeal and baking powder and fold in with the rum flavor. Add plums, apricots, nuts and almonds (all evenly cut or chopped) and stir in.
  2. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan sprinkled with oat flakes and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 90 minutes at 160 ° C (with top / bottom heat 180 ° C).
  3. Loosen the edge with a knife, turn it out onto a grid and let it cool down.
  4. First into slices and then cut them into strips. Store in a biscuit tin.
  5. The pastry has a long shelf life.
