Ingredients

  • 750 g kohlrabi
  • 1 bunch carrot (s)
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 30 g butter or mararine
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup cream or cremfine
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese (butter cheese)

Instructions

  1. Cut the kohlrabi and carrots into slices. Sweat the finely chopped onions in hot fat and add the vegetables, sauté and season for about 10 minutes.
  2. Layer everything in a greased baking dish. Whisk the creme fraîche, cream, eggs and grated cheese. Season to taste and pour over the vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 50 minutes.
