Ingredients
- 500 g carrot (s)
- 300 g kohlrabi
- 500 g potato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- 200 g minced meat (beef)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 75 g RAMA Cremefine for cookin
- 2 packs sauce powder (light sauce)
- Paprika powder

- Peel the carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into small pieces. Bring about 1/2 liter of salted water to the boil and cover the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain through a sieve and catch the water.
- Finely chop the onion. Knead with the minced meat, breadcrumbs and the egg yolk and season. Shape the meat dough into small balls and fry in a hot pan.
- Put the vegetable water and Rama Cremefine in a saucepan. Stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil. Add the vegetables and meatballs and heat them up. Serve hot.
- Tip: You can of course also prepare the dish with whipped cream and hollandaise sauce.
