Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 300 g kohlrabi
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 75 g RAMA Cremefine for cookin
  • 2 packs sauce powder (light sauce)
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into small pieces. Bring about 1/2 liter of salted water to the boil and cover the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain through a sieve and catch the water.
  2. Finely chop the onion. Knead with the minced meat, breadcrumbs and the egg yolk and season. Shape the meat dough into small balls and fry in a hot pan.
  3. Put the vegetable water and Rama Cremefine in a saucepan. Stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil. Add the vegetables and meatballs and heat them up. Serve hot.
  4. Tip: You can of course also prepare the dish with whipped cream and hollandaise sauce.
