  • 125 g minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some cheese, grated, (Gouda)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and kohlrabi and cut into cubes and cook in enough salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and add tomato paste. Stir until the tomato paste is well distributed and then deglaze with a glass of water. Let it reduce, stirring occasionally, and season with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the kohlrabi and potatoes and put them in a baking dish or other heat-resistant dish (my mom gave me such a cute single baking dish, which is perfect for the specified amount).
  4. Spread the minced meat over it. Finally sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven (top / bottom heat approx. 200 ° C) for 20 minutes.
