  • 3 medium potato (s)
  • 200 g processed cheese with Gouda cheese
  • 400 ml vegetable stock or stock
  • 100 ml cream or Cremefine
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the kohlrabi and potatoes, cut as equally large as possible. Then simmer in the stock or stock until everything is done. Add the cream, stir. Stir in the cheese as well.
  2. Warm everything up again and then season with salt and pepper from the mill. Possibly with herbs, e.g., Garnish with chives.
