  • 500 g kohlrabi
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, wash and chop the kohlrabi.
  2. Heat the butter in a soup pot and sweat the onions in it. Add the kohlrabi pieces and fry briefly. Sprinkle sugar over it and let it melt. Pour in the broth and simmer the soup for about 15 minutes. Then remove from heat and puree. Pour in the cream, bring the soup to the boil and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
