Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 600 g kohlrabi (frozen), in sauce
  • 6 potato (s)
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda)
  • milk
  • butter
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped with the finely chopped onion. Then season with salt and pepper. Fry well. In the meantime, heat the kohlrabi according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cook them until cooked.
  3. Make a puree from the cooked potatoes with a little milk, butter and salt. Grease a baking dish and first layer the minced meat, then the kohlrabi and then the puree. Finally, put some grated cheese on top and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes (200 degrees). The cheese should get a nice, light brown color.
  4. Tip: You can also use sauerkaut instead of kohlrabi.
