Ingredients

  • 350 g kohlrabi
  • 450 g potato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), (green pointed pepper)
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, (whole)
  • Lovage, fresh
  • 1 ½ liter broth
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and kohlrabi - cut them and peppers and zucchini into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in the heated oil until golden, then add the flour and roast briefly, pour on the soup and stir well with the whisk, add the vegetables, add the garlic, caraway seeds, salt, pepper and lovage and add about 20 - Let simmer for 25 minutes - then puree about half the amount of vegetables, season to taste if necessary - dribble some sour cream over the soup to serve
