Ingredients
- 2 kohlrabi approx. 350 g each
- 3 medium carrot (s)
- 2 apples, sour
- Lemon (s), juice it
- 40 g sunflower seeds for sprinklin
For the dressing:
- 1 bunch chives
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper

- Clean and peel the kohlrabi and carrots. Wash and quarter the apples and remove the core. Cut kohlrabi, carrots and apples into thin sticks or roughly grate. This may take time, but it is really worth it. Alternatively, if you want to move quickly, you can

- Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Always keep an eye on the sunflower seeds as they burn quickly.
- Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into rolls.
- Mix together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Stir in the chives.
- Mix the kohlrabi salad with the dressing, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and refrigerate until serving.
