  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, amount to taste
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice, amount to taste
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • possibly mint or chives

Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the peeled kohlrabi, finely chop the tender inner leaves, finely chop the rocket and mix everything with the creme fraiche and olive oil, season with lemon juice and salt & pepper, if you have, sprinkle with chopped mint or chives.
