  • 1 leek
  • 2 liters broth
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 3 kohlrabi
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Maggi

Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into thin rings and sauté a little in the hot fat. Deglaze the whole thing with the broth.
  2. Cut the kohlrabi into strips, dice the potatoes and add to the broth.
  3. Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper, egg and onions, shape them into small balls and add to the boiling broth. Cook the whole thing well and let it continue to cook.
  4. Season to taste with Maggi!
