Ingredients

  • 500 g kohlrabi, (weihed cleaned)
  • 250 g strawberries, (weihed cleaned)
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 sprig rosemary, small
  • 1 handful watercress
  • salt
  • Ouzo

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine strips, clean the strawberries and cut into slices. Wash the rosemary, pat dry and remove the needles, pluck the watercress with your fingers.
  2. Arrange the kohlrabi with the strawberries on a platter or serving plates. Now stir a dressing out of the cream cheese and sour cream, fold in the rosemary needles, season with salt if necessary and pour over the kohlrabi strawberries. Finally sprinkle with the watercress.

  4. The dressing can also be refined with a sip of ouzo, if you like it.
  5. I serve with baguette or fresh black bread.
