  • 250 g butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • Almond (s), ground
  • Jam, e.g. strawberry, peach, blackberry, etc.

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy, add sugar, flour and egg yolk. Mix the vanilla sugar with the almonds on a plate. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll them in the almond-sugar mixture. Make a hole and fill it with jam.
  2. Bake at 170 ° C until light brown.
  3. Leave in a closed can for approx. 1 week before consumption.
