Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 70 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ cup rum
  • 200 g flour
  • some rock sugar, crushed brown

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, egg, egg yolk and sugar until frothy. Stir in the rum. Fold in the flour. Use a teaspoon to place small heaps on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed rock candy.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at around 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
