  • Sauce (soy) – ⅓ glass.
  • Sugar (brown) – ⅓ glass.
  • Garlic – 4 pcs.
  • Ginger (fresh) – 2 cm
  • Oil (olive) – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper (ground white) – ½ teaspoon.

Korean Beef Burrito Bowl Instructions

  1. Wash the beef fillet well and cut it into small pieces along the grain.
    Grease a skillet with oil and sauté the beef over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine stock, soy sauce, oil, finely chopped garlic, ginger, sugar, and pepper.
  3. Cut the beef into small pieces. Combine the meat and sauce in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the rice until cooked according to the packaging instructions.
  5. Place the rice and meat on plates. Serve the bowl hot.
