Ingredients

  • 450 g cucumber (s)

For the dressing:

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons oil (sesame oil)
  • 2 teaspoons chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, halve and cut into thin slices. Mix in the seasoning mixture and mix well with the cucumber slices and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Season the salad if necessary and serve.
