  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon tomato paste
  • 750 ml broth
  • 250 g noodles (Kritharaki)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 package cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions until translucent, add the minced meat and fry, then stir in the tomato paste. Add the broth and bring to the boil. Then add the pasta and simmer for ten minutes. Stir in the cream, put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
