Ingredients

  • 500 g Kritharaki (noodles in rice form)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese or herder cheese
  • 0.5 ½ glass tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon walnut vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente. In the meantime, cut the paprika, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes into fine cubes / pieces and mix in a bowl. Add the drained pasta and mix. Add walnut vinegar (about 2 tablespoons), olive oil and salt to taste.
  2. Optionally, olives, pine nuts, etc. can also be added. Just get creative here at will.
