Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry them, wrap them in aluminum foil so that they can be opened again at the top, and bake them in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for one hour.
  2. In the meantime, season the quark with the herbs, salt, pepper and the squeezed garlic. Wash lettuce, radishes and peppers and finely chop or dice.
  3. After the hour of baking, take the potatoes out of the oven and open the aluminum foil on top. Cut the potatoes lengthways in the middle, do not cut through and unfold a little. Carefully remove the inside of the potatoes with a small spoon, leaving a 1 cm edge. Mix the inside with the butter and half of the cheese in a bowl and season with salt. Carefully press this mixture back into the hollowed-out potatoes, squeeze a little so that there is still space for the other ingredients. Now sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the mixture in the potato. Now put the potatoes in the oven again briefly until the cheese has melted.
  4. Then fill the potatoes with feta cheese as desired and then cover with half of the quark. Now fill with lettuce, paprika and radishes, the filling can be pressed a little bit so that the potatoes come apart a little. Finally, distribute the remaining quark on top of the potatoes.
