Ingredients

  • g 1,500 roast chicken (broiler)
  • 100 g Letscho
  • 100 ml spice ketchup
  • 50 g peanut butter, crunchy
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece (s) ginger
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • a lot salt
  • little pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the broiler.
  2. Then mix the ingredients for the marinade together. First mix the letscho, spiced ketchup, peanut butter, soy sauce and tabasco sauce in a small container. Then the garlic is pressed, the ginger cut into small cubes and added to the marinade along with the parsley. Finally, everything is seasoned with salt, pepper, sweet paprika and sugar.
  3. Coat the broiler with the marinade all around, wrap in aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 2 hours at 150 degrees. Then bake for another 20 minutes without aluminum foil at 220 degrees until crispy.
  4. A couple of boiled potatoes go perfectly with this.
