Instructions

  1. First peel the banana and cut it into large pieces. Put 6 thin pieces aside. Put some of the mint aside. Then put the banana pieces with the milk, the remaining mint, the ice cream, the yoghurt, the vanilla sugar and the honey in a tall container and puree them finely with the hand blender. Then pour into a long drink glass and, if desired, distribute the remaining banana slices and the mint on the shake.
  2. Fitness tip: You can replace the ice cream with crushed ice if you wish. The main thing is that it is nice and cool and refreshing.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
