Lagman is a traditional Central Asian and Chinese dish that is popular in our country today. This recipe is used to prepare lagman with chicken, potatoes, and radish.
Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 500 g
Potatoes – 2 pcs.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Radish – 50 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Ground pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Pasta (noodles, spaghetti) – 50 g
How to cook lagman with chicken:
Directions
Chop the onion and garlic. Grate the carrots.
Fry the ingredients by turning on the “Fry” mode in a slow cooker.
Cut the chicken fillet.
We spread the chicken meat in a slow cooker with vegetables.
Fry the meat until white.
We cut the potatoes.
Add potatoes and chopped radish to the slow cooker.
Chop the bell pepper and add to the chicken with vegetables.
Add tomato paste.
Salt and add ground pepper.
We pour in water. The water should almost completely cover the meat and vegetables. Set the “Extinguishing” mode for 1 hour.
Boil the pasta in salted water.
We spread the boiled pasta on a plate, and on top, we distribute the finished stew with vegetables. Serve lagman with chicken hot.
